How it works:

Simple. Intentional. Flexible.

The core of NOSTOS Academy is a series of 10 online Seminars you can take at your own pace. Each one focuses on a vital theme—like identity, power, or belonging—and builds toward a larger journey of personal integration.

You can begin the Seminars anytime. A live, guided version is offered periodically for those who prefer real-time community and support.

NOSTOS Intensives are available for those wanting to go deeper into specific areas—like Enneagram work, diversity and belonging, or spiritual integration. These deepen what you’ve started in the foundational series.

We also offer customized versions of NOSTOS for organizations and occasional in-person retreats for immersive growth in community.

We weren’t given this lifetime to just get through it. We were given it to steward, to awaken inside of, to shape and be shaped by. NOSTOS was born from a deep belief: that it’s never too late—to return to yourself, to reclaim the path, or to rise into the mission that’s been with you all along.

This work matters to me because I’ve walked through the disorientation too. I’ve asked the big questions, wrestled with the ache, and longed to bring my full self to this life. NOSTOS is the structure I wish I’d had earlier—and the gift I now offer to you.
